## Getting Started

### First Time Setup

1. **Grant Permissions**: When you first launch FluxCCD, you'll be prompted to grant camera and photo library permissions. These are required for the app to function properly.

2. **Select a Filter**: Swipe through the filter grid to choose from various CCD camera presets (A2300, A40, A620, C123, FE4020, IXUS95, LX5, Z30, IPhone).

3. **Adjust Effects**: Access settings to customize vignetting, light leak, bloom, chromatic aberration, and other effects.

### Camera & Permissions

**Q: Why does the app need camera permission?**
A: FluxCCD requires camera access to capture photos and provide real-time preview with filters applied.

**Q: Why does the app need photo library permission?**
A: Photo library access is needed to save your photos to your device's gallery.

**Q: Why does the app need location permission?**
A: Location permission is optional and only used if you enable GPS info in settings. It allows the app to embed location data in your photo's EXIF metadata.

**Q: The camera isn't working. What should I do?**
A: 
1. Check that camera permission is granted in your device settings
2. Make sure no other app is using the camera
3. Try restarting the app
4. If the issue persists, try restarting your device

### Filters & Effects

**Q: How do I change filters?**
A: Swipe through the filter grid at the bottom of the screen, or tap the filter icon to open the full filter selection screen.

**Q: Can I adjust filter intensity?**
A: Yes! Go to Settings > Filter Intensity to adjust the strength of the LUT filter effect.

**Q: How do I enable/disable effects like vignetting or light leak?**
A: Navigate to Settings > Effects, where you can toggle and adjust the intensity of various effects.

**Q: What's the difference between the camera presets?**
A: Each preset simulates a different CCD camera model with unique color science, dynamic range, and characteristic looks. Try different presets to find your favorite!

### Photo Quality & Settings

**Q: What is High Quality Mode?**
A: High Quality Mode uses higher resolution and better compression settings for your photos. Enable it in Settings > General Settings.

**Q: How do I add timestamps to photos?**
A: Go to Settings > Photo Info > Write Timestamp and toggle it on.

**Q: How do I add GPS location to photos?**
A: Go to Settings > Photo Info > Write GPS Info and toggle it on. You'll need to grant location permission when prompted.

### Troubleshooting

**Q: Photos are not saving.**
A: 
1. Check that photo library permission is granted
2. Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
3. Try restarting the app

**Q: The app crashes or freezes.**
A: 
1. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app
2. Try restarting your device
